Tom Magarey 

Manager

Tom’s major focus is in setting organisations up for long-term success by aligning ICT and information assets with corporate strategy, and optimising systems to enable effective information capture and sharing, appropriate data governance, management reporting and workforce efficiency.

Throughout his career, Tom has worked in a variety of roles in information and communication technology as a business and system analyst, project manager, ICT manager, system administrator, application developer and trainer. Notably, Tom implemented an organisation-wide CRM system at the University of Queensland and helped to modernise a Queensland government department’s client management administration system.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Management and Presentation from the University of South Australia and is a Prince2® Practitioner.

This diversity of experience has seen Tom excel in requirements definition and elicitation, including translating requirements into effective system and process design to satisfy customer, end user and management requirements.
